Conscious Studio is founded and operated by Vytoldas Miliauskas, a circular fashion designer and garment technologist with over a decade of experience in garment construction and tailoring.

Vytoldas has worked on the technical development of collections for London Fashion Week Men's, helping translate design concepts into well-constructed garments.

Alongside work with designers and brands, he provides technical tailoring services for private clients and complex garment alterations.

The Cloth Surgeon

The idea of The Cloth Surgeon reflects the way garments are approached in the studio.

Just as a surgeon works with care and precision, each garment is treated with respect for its structure, fabric and craftsmanship.

Many alterations require a deep understanding of how garments are constructed — sometimes involving partial reconstruction in order to achieve the correct fit.

The goal is always the same:
restore balance, improve fit and extend the life of the garment.
